Forge Flooring & Epoxy (“Contractor”) warrants to the original residential purchaser that its floor coating system will be free from chipping, peeling, or flaking caused solely by inherent material defect under normal residential use.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the floor, is non-transferable, and remains valid only while the original purchaser owns the property.

This warranty covers coating failure due solely to material defect, including peeling, flaking, or delamination.

Contractor’s sole obligation, at its discretion, is limited to furnishing sufficient replacement coating materials to repair the defective area. Coverage is strictly limited to the affected area only.

Labor is included for approved warranty claims during the first Ten (10) years following installation. After Ten (10) years, this warranty applies to materials only and does not include labor.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear including scratches, scuffs, abrasion, tire marks, or gloss reduction 
• Gouging, impact damage, or abuse beyond intended use 
• Moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or vapor transmission from the concrete slab 
• Concrete cracking, movement, settling, or structural failure (no warranty on cracks or crack repair) 
• Improper substrate conditions or failure of underlying concrete 
• Chemical exposure including solvents, acids, petroleum products, battery acid, or brake fluid 
• Exposure to extreme heat, flame, or thermal shock 
• UV exposure, oxidation, or discoloration due to normal environmental conditions 
• Acts of God including flood, fire, storm, lightning, or environmental damage 
• Damage from animals, tools, nails, screws, or external forces 
• Applications not intended for the system (including decks, wood substrates, bathrooms, or drains) 
• Alterations, repairs, or modifications by third parties 

Repairs performed under this warranty may result in variations in color, texture, or appearance compared to the original installation.

Coated floors are not slip-proof and may become slippery when wet, oily, or contaminated. Client assumes all responsibility for safety. Contractor shall not be liable for any slip-and-fall incidents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Liability is limited strictly to replacement of defective coating materials 
• Contractor shall not be responsible for labor (after 10 years), property damage, or contents 
• Contractor shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of use, loss of value, or inconvenience 

Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Contractor from any claims arising from use of the floor, site conditions, environmental factors, or third-party actions.

Forge Flooring & Epoxy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, delay, or discontinue any warranty inspection or service if:

• The Client engages in threatening, abusive, harassing, or unsafe behavior 
• The jobsite or surrounding conditions are deemed unsafe or hazardous 
• Conditions present a risk to health, safety, or property 

In such cases, warranty obligations are suspended until safe conditions are restored. Contractor is not liable for delays or denial of service resulting from such conditions.

All claims must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of discovery and are subject to inspection and approval. Failure to provide timely notice may void the claim.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

This is the sole and exclusive warranty provided. No other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, apply. Payment in full constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Forge Flooring & Epoxy (“Contractor”) warrants that its floor coating system will be free from chipping, peeling, or flaking caused solely by inherent material defect under normal commercial use for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.

This warranty applies to all commercial, industrial, rental, restaurant, and income-producing properties and is non-transferable.

This warranty covers coating failure due solely to material defect, including peeling, flaking, or delamination.

Contractor’s sole obligation, at its discretion, is limited to furnishing sufficient replacement coating materials to repair the defective area. Coverage is strictly limited to the affected area only.

Labor is included for approved warranty claims within the one (1) year warranty period.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear including heavy foot traffic, abrasion, or cosmetic changes 
• Damage from forklifts, machinery, carts, pallet jacks, or heavy equipment  
• Impact damage, gouging, or abuse beyond intended system design  
• Dragging metal objects, tools, or equipment across the floor  
• Exposure to grease, oils, food waste, or organic buildup (including restaurant environments)  
• Exposure to acids, solvents, harsh cleaners, or corrosive chemicals  
• Constant exposure to high temperatures, thermal shock, or thermal cycling (including near ovens, freezers, or industrial equipment)  
• Moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or vapor transmission from the concrete slab  
• Improper cleaning methods or excessive water exposure  
• Concrete cracking, movement, settling, or structural failure (no warranty on cracks or crack repair)  
• Improper substrate condition or failure of underlying concrete  
• Acts of God including flood, fire, storm, lightning, or environmental damage  
• Damage caused by animals, tools, nails, screws, or external forces  
• Alterations, repairs, or modifications by third parties  
• Excessive or abnormal use beyond standard commercial conditions 
• Failure to follow proper maintenance or cleaning procedures

Coated floors are not slip-proof and may become slippery when wet, oily, or contaminated. Client assumes all responsibility for safety, including employee and customer safety. Contractor shall not be liable for any slip-and-fall incidents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Liability is limited strictly to replacement of defective coating materials 
• Contractor shall not be responsible for property damage, contents, or surrounding areas 
• Contractor shall not be liable for business interruption, loss of revenue, downtime, or loss of use  

Under no circumstances shall Contractor be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind.

Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Contractor from any claims arising from use of the floor, business operations, site conditions, environmental exposure, or third-party actions.
